Wheeler Men's Mission Shuttle
Join us the 2nd Saturday of every month as we bring friends from Wheeler Men’s Mission to attend our 4:30 p.m. service and share a meal at Grace. Opportunities include driving the van, preparing a meal item, and displaying simple hospitality by joining our friends during service.
Meal Team
2nd Saturday every month from 5:00-6:30pm
The meal team coordinates the monthly meal for the men from Wheeler plus the drivers. They meet in a conference room at Grace to set up and prepare for the meal and typically plans for about 10 adults with a main dish, two sides, a salad, and a dessert. Paper products and drinks are provided by Outreach Team. Volunteers can sign up to bring an item or to provide the entire meal.

Driving Team
2nd Saturday every month from 2:30-8:00pm
The driving team consists of a driver and co-pilot, with at least one being a male. It is a great opportunity to spend quality one-on-one time with the men and to develop relationships. Drivers and co-pilots meet at Grace at 2:30 p.m. to pick up Grace van and proceed to Wheeler to pick up our friends for service.

Hospitality Team
2nd Saturday every month from 4:00-6:30pm
The hospitality team serves as greeters when men arrive at Grace to make them feel welcome. This consists of several different volunteer opportunities such as greeting them at door upon arrival, showing them around church if it is their first visit, escorting them to south auditorium and saving seats and sitting with them during church service. Another opportunity is to donate items toward care packages for the men.
