The Hamilton County Food Pantry Drive takes place in the Grace parking lot and at various grocery stores every Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. collecting food that we take to Third Phase, Hamilton county’s largest food bank. We would love for you to get involved in any capacity, from distributing flyers at a local grocery store to transporting food to Third Phase. Currently there are 17,000 families in our county in need of assistance. Let’s work together to meet that need.

Volunteer opportunities...

Food Collection

  • Saturday mornings from 9:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Grace.
  • Collect donations at local grocery stores to hand out flyers and collect food donations. Bring back all donated items to the Grace parking lot at noon.
  • Register online to serve

Driving Team

  • Saturday mornings from 12:00 - 1:15pm.
  • Transport donated food in a Grace van from Grace to Third Phase Food Pantry in Noblesville and assist with unloading food.
  • Drivers must be 25 years of age or older to drive the van and must provide proof of a driver's license.
  • One time volunteers as well as regular monthly volunteers are needed.

Would you be willing…

  • to start a food drive in your neighborhood? (many have stapled the flyer to a brown paper bag and passed them out in their neighborhood)
  • to talk to your local schools about doing a food drive? (this is a great way to get students involved in the needs of our community)
  • to consider placing a box at your place of business? (this helps others become aware of the needs in Hamilton County)

Questions about volunteering should be directed to .
