Men,
General Ferdinand Foch, regarded as a World War I hero, sent the following dispatch to his superiors at a time when his army was in deep trouble: “Hard pressed on my right. My center is yielding. Impossible to maneuver. Situation excellent. I attack!” Sometimes simply living life is a battle. These are times that call for that sort of , conviction, courage and determination.
Our families, communities and social structures are in desperate need of men who will raise the banner of faithfulness to Christ, work to transform their sphere of influence and further His Kingdom. Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 11:12 that “the kingdom of heaven is forcefully advancing and forceful men lay hold of it.” There are many worthwhile adventures for men but none is more worthy than the adventure of advancing God’s kingdom.
For that reason we say the mission of MEN OF GRACE is “Empowering men to grace and action in our families, workplaces, church and community as we discover how to live out God’s call on our lives.” Join us as we stand together and challenge other men to become part of God’s Kingdom Adventure!
Forcefully advancing,
Mike Whitesell
