Hamilton County Food Pantry Drive
The Hamilton County Food Pantry Drive takes place in the Grace parking lot every Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. collecting food that we take to Third Phase, Hamilton county’s largest food bank. We would love for you to get involved in any capacity, from distributing flyers at a local grocery store to fellowshipping with other volunteers in the parking lot at Grace. Currently there are 17,000 families in our county in need of assistance. Let’s work together to meet that need.

We started the Hamilton County Food Pantry Drive in January 2008 because it was becoming more difficult to meet the needs of the hungry right here in Hamilton County. With the economic downturn that we’re all aware of, it’s obvious that this number is increasing. As a large community of believers, we know there are creative ways to meet the food needs of our neighbors.
Would you be willing…
- to start a food drive in your neighborhood? (many have stapled the flyer to a brown paper bag and passed them out in their neighborhood)
- to talk to your local schools about doing a food drive? (this is a great way to get students involved in the needs of our community)
- to consider placing a box at your place of business? (this helps others become aware of the needs in Hamilton County)
