Jeff and Peg Shrum with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Mozambique

Jeff and Peg Shrum are part of a team translating the scriptures into the Takwane language in Mozambique, Africa. Previously an unwritten lanugage, Takwane is spoken by the Takwane people group which is a miniority group within the country with many physical & economic needs. Moving the Takwane people group from a pre-literate society to a literate one requires church and community-based literacy programs and creative teaching methods using non-print forms of media. Click here to check out opportunities to get involved.
